We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Collection to manage and drive our recovery team. The Team Lead will be responsible for meeting recovery targets, coaching agents, ensuring compliance, and improving recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead the recovery team to achieve collection and recovery targets.

· Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies.

· Handle escalated recovery cases and negotiate with customers to ensure timely repayments.

· Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on recovery performance with management.

· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines in all recovery activities.

· Motivate and train team members to improve productivity and customer handling skills.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree.

· Minimun 1 year of experience in collections or recovery.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
