We are seeking an experienced Team Lead–Recovery to manage and drive our recovery team. The Team Lead will be responsible for meeting recovery targets, coaching agents, ensuring compliance, and improving recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead the recovery team to achieve collection and recovery targets.

· Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies.

· Handle escalated recovery cases and negotiate with customers to ensure timely repayments.

· Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on recovery performance with management.

· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines in all recovery activities.

· Motivate and train team members to improve productivity and customer handling skills.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree (Business/Finance preferred, but not mandatory).

· Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or recovery.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
