About Us:

Ripeseed is looking for Business Development Interns (Leading to Full Time Job). Fresh graduates, who are seeking to learn high-in-demand skills can apply for the opening. We offer an Internship leading to permanent job to build both leadership and professional skills of fresh graduates or undergraduate.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to attract new clients.

  • Reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.).

  • Excellent verbal, writing and communication skills

  • Should have knowledge about freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru etc.

  • Should have knowledge of the lead generation process.

  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Time management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
