Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth. Experience in ERP solutions is a plus, and familiarity with Odoo is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ERP solutions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Experience in ERP solutions is a plus; familiarity with Odoo is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
