Job Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and ERP systems (Odoo preferred). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, and driving efficiency across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and ERP systems.
  • Plan, forecast, and replenish stock to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize overstock/shortages.
  • Monitor inventory performance, to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and stockout.
  • Implement FIFO, FEFO, and cycle count procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct periodic audits, reconciliations, and physical stock counts.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) & advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in calculating and analyzing inventory variances.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
