Job Summary:

SS Scientific System is looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, safe handling of lab equipment and chemicals, and smooth coordination with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the system.
  • Implement and enforce safety standards for handling lab equipment and chemical products.
  • Develop efficient layout and storage plans to maximize space utilization.
  • Coordinate with purchase and sales departments for timely material delivery.
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
  • Oversee loading/unloading processes and transportation scheduling.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (lab or chemical industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of safety and compliance standards related to chemical storage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs65,000.00 per month
