Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and tracking purchase orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and work with transporters for on-time shipments.
  • Handle shipment documentation such as GRN, delivery notes, and transport papers.
  • Manage customer orders, track delivery timelines, and support production/supply planning.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and prepare routine supply chain reports.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain analytics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
