Position Overview:

As the Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process—from procurement and inventory management to logistics and vendor coordination. You will ensure smooth material flow, timely deliveries, and cost-efficient operations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update customers about order delivery timelines, production progress, and delays.
  • Handle complaints and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to showroom queries about stock availability and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with daily procurement tasks, vendor follow-ups, and purchase order tracking.
  • Maintain order status records and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
  • Monitor inventory and support stock level updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or customer service (retail/furniture preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho, or Odoo is an advantage).
