Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our high-rise construction project team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in site supervision, construction coordination, and on-site safety. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring the work is carried out according to the project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and managing construction activities on-site for a high-rise project.
- Monitor the execution of civil, structural, and finishing works as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely progress.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols and compliance with HSE standards.
- Conduct daily inspections and prepare reports on site activities, progress, and material usage.
- Assist in managing materials, tools, and equipment efficiently on site.
- Report site issues and progress updates to senior engineers and project managers.
- Ensure work is done according to specifications, standards, and within project timelines.
- Help resolve minor technical issues on-site and escalate major issues as needed.
- Maintain site discipline and ensure labor productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma (DAE – Civil)
- 5–6 years of experience in site supervision, preferably on high-rise or multi-story building projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and high-rise project requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site layouts.
- Familiar with safety regulations and standard quality control procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HSE or OSHA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with structural work, concrete pouring, and finishing supervision.
- Familiarity with construction site documentation and reporting procedures.
