The Admission Advisor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process by providing accurate information, handling applications, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. The role also involves building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and consultants, while actively participating in outreach and promotional activities to attract potential students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to student inquiries promptly via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Guide prospective students through the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Provide accurate information regarding programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options (if applicable).
  • Review, verify, and process student applications in line with institutional policies.
  • Maintain accurate student records and track application progress.
  • Prepare regular admission reports for management review.
  • Conduct outreach activities, including school visits, career fairs, and community events, to promote academic programs.
  • Organize open house events, orientation sessions, and campus tours for prospective students.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a related role (education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct presentations and represent the institution at external events.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
