Job Title: Admissions Officer

Location: Valancia Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – PKR 50,000

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Officer to manage student admissions, guide applicants through the process, and maintain strong communication with students and parents. The role demands professionalism, accuracy, and a strong understanding of admissions procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete admissions cycle for local and international programs.
  • Guide applicants regarding available courses, entry requirements, documentation, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and follow-ups.
  • Assist students with form filling, interview preparation, and submission of required documents.
  • Communicate with educational institutions to track application status.
  • Support walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads with timely responses.
  • Prepare daily and weekly admission reports for management.
  • Participate in counseling sessions, seminars, and student meetings when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in admissions or educational consultancy preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage student queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Good command of MS Office and document handling.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs50,000.00 per month
