We're looking for a Meta and Google Ad Strategist to lead digital ad campaigns across these brands, focusing on media planning, paid ad management, and performance optimization.

TVGM - a group operating across the UAE, Pakistan, and the US, with a focus on creative content, business advisory services, and events. Our verticals include:

  1. TVGM World – Digital Marketing Agency and Content Creation House

  2. GetBiz Dubai – Business setup, licensing, and immigration services in the UAE

  3. Photobooth PK / Photobooth ME – Premium photobooth services for weddings and events across Pakistan

  4. NextShot Weddings – A premium wedding concierge brand offering full-service event coverage, including luxury photography, cinematic filmmaking, and personalized client experiences

About the Role

This is a remote, part-time/freelance role (Approx 1-2 hours per day and ~10-15 hours a week) for a performance-driven Meta and Google AD Strategist. You'll be responsible for running and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns across multiple verticals, with an emphasis on high-quality lead generation and campaign ROI.

You'll be given creative assets and expected to independently plan, manage, and scale campaigns.

What You'll Do


• Plan and manage paid media campaigns on Meta & Google Ads


• Develop media plans, manage budgets, placements, and targeting strategies


• Implement keyword structures, exclusions, and audience segmentation


• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion tracking


• Set up tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GTM) and integrate with CRMs (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho)


• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging alignment


• Report performance insights and recommend optimization strategies

Requirements


• Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns


• Prior experience in the UAE / GCC is mandatory (Please do not apply as you're taking up someone elses space)


• Real estate campaign experience is a strong advantage


• Experience with CRM tools like Bitrix24, Zoho, or HubSpot


• Strong understanding of media planning, audience segmentation, and lead generation


• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
