Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Develop and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies to drive conversions and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA).
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to design high-performing ad creatives.
  • Ensure campaigns align with overall business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, bidding models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with performance tracking, conversion optimization, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
