We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Google & Meta) who can drive ROI-focused advertising campaigns for our US clients. If you're data-driven, analytical, and passionate about scaling digital performance, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for US-based clients.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Develop and implement audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives.
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spending and pacing.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and communicate results effectively with clients.
  • Stay updated on Google and Meta platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and bidding strategies (Target ROAS, Target CPA, Maximize Conversions).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong command of English (written & spoken) – this role involves communication with US-based clients.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM PKT).
