Responsibilities :

  • Detailed review of loan files.

  • Field validation of information in the files.

  • Actual visitation of client, guarantor and other references.

  • Assessment of client's business, its volume and risks at the time of visitation.

  • Cash flow assessment of client's and guarantor's business.

  • Assisting the Area Credit Manager in the conduct of loan verification.

  • Prepare daily verification report and submit with recommendations to Branch.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all verification activities and reports.
