A leading automotive Company in Karachi is looking for a Financial Analyst- Sales Planning. The ideal candidate must be a BS Accounting & Finance/ ACCA qualified with 3-5 years of relevant experience on data analysis.

Additional Requirement Hands on Experience on Power BI.

Responsibilities:

Monitor & analyse service KPIs across the dealer network to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement at a national level.

Improve customer retention & revisit rates by leveraging data insights to drive targeted initiatives and enhance service experience.

Create dealer dashboards and management reports weekly, monthly, quarterly to support performance reviews and strategic decision-making. Manage and control the annual service budget, track expenditures, and provide timely financial provisions and variance analysis.

Coordinate Kaizen and process improvement initiatives with internal teams and top stakeholders, backed by performance data.

Support business growth through predictive analysis, bench marking, and digital reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Analysing historical sales data to generate precise sales forecasts.

Supporting business expansion through insightful financial reporting.

Guiding data-driven decisions with solid business acumen and market comprehension.

Engaging with stakeholders through efficient communication and strategic planning.

Location: Port Qasim- Karachi, Gender: Male /Female. Females are encouraged to apply.

Salary Budget: K.

Benefits: Transport (Air-conditioned pick and drop), lunch, annual bonuses (7-8 basic salary based on company's performance and individual performance), WPPF (5% bonus), Provident Fund, Medical Insurance that covers hospitalisation (maternity for females), annual leaves 21 working days, sick leaves 10.
