We are expanding our team in Lahore and are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer with proven experience in social media growth, engagement, and B2B branding.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can increase followers, engagement, and organic reach across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing brand awareness, creating engaging content, and generating B2B leads organically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organic social media marketing strategies to grow followers and boost engagement.
  • Manage and optimize company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and publish engaging, creative, and SEO-friendly content tailored to target audiences.
  • Drive B2B branding and customer engagement campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Work closely with the IT teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer or Social Media Manager.
  • Strong expertise in organic growth strategies (not only paid ads).
  • Solid understanding of B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Excellent content creation, branding, and audience engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
