Digital Marketing Expert

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, from list segmentation to content creation and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Explore and experiment with new digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance our reach and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion of that time spent in a software house or technology-focused environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and experience in creating various forms of digital content.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing initiatives, particularly those for B2B software solutions, is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to explore and implement new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
