Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled BI Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade dashboards and analytical solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred), with the ability to adapt to new tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building and consuming efficient OLAP structures, writing complex SQL analytical queries, and ensuring data models are optimized for performance. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to effectively showcase dashboards and insights to business users and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in BI development and data analytics.
  • Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Metabase experience is a plus).
  • Strong expertise in SQL for database queries and analysis.
  • Experience designing and consuming OLAP structures for scalable reporting.
  • Ability to create enterprise dashboards that drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and engaging with customers.
