Role Summary

Livedin is building the largest tech-enabled short-term rental operating platform in Saudi Arabia. As we expand across cities, decisions must be driven by data discipline, systemised insights, and operational intelligence.

We are hiring a Business Intelligence Manager who will build and own our analytics engine — transforming raw data into actionable insights across the business.

This is a hands-on role — you will work with multiple functions (Revenue, Sales, Operations, Product, Growth) to define KPIs, deliver reporting visibility and improve business performance by delivering data driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Infrastructure & Governance -- Build unified data layer & ensure source-of-truth definitions across teams
  • Management Reporting & Dashboards -- Create automated dashboards for business leadership & functional owners
  • KPI Ownership & Tracking -- Define core KPIs across Livedin (Revenue / Sales / Ops / Host Experience / Product)
  • Performance Insights -- Identify trends, root causes, red flags & improvement opportunities
  • Experimentation -- Support A/B tests & impact measurement for pricing, activation & conversion
  • Forecasting -- Build predictive models for supply growth, GBV projections & resource planning
  • Cross-functional partner -- Work with Product to instrument data pipelines & event tracking


Experience & Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in BI / analytics / data science (startup or tech preferred)
  • Strong SQL + dashboarding experience (Metabase / PowerBI / Tableau or similar)
  • Experience working with product + engineering on event tracking is a plus
  • Strong business intuition (ability to translate data → business impact)
  • Ability to communicate insights simply — not just charts, but story telling
