Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Manager to drive business growth across Cloud Computing, AI-powered platforms, and Digital Solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic sales acumen with hands-on experience in online bidding on freelancing platforms. This role demands a proactive approach to client engagement, with 3–4 daily client visits and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and close deals for Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation services
Lead online bidding efforts on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
Conduct daily client visits to hospitals, universities, and enterprise clients
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models aligned with organization goals
Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and report on KPIs
Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and procurement leads
Target completion
Target Completion & KPIs
- Minimum of
15 qualified client meetings per week - Close
at least 4 billed deals per month
across Cloud, AI, or Digital Solutions - Achieve
monthly bidding success rate of 20%
on freelancing platforms - Maintain
CRM accuracy above 95%
and submit weekly pipeline reports - Deliver
2 strategic proposals per week
tailored to client needs - Contribute to
quarterly revenue growth targets
as defined by leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Proven sales experience in Cloud, AI, or Digital Solutions (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
- Experience with online bidding and proposal writing on freelancing platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily for client meetings
