Client relationship responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Resolve client problems professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
  • Use CRM and email marketing software to manage and optimize outreach.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, often with a marketing component.
  • Potentially contribute to brand visibility and business growth through strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts, such as email marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service orientation
