Imprint Packaging Solution is a growing company in the packaging industry, committed to delivering high-quality and innovative packaging solutions to our valued clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (packaging/production industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, ERP, or relevant).
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
