About Us

This position is offered by A-list Communication, a professional communication and dispatch services company based in Lahore. We are hiring a Control Room Communication Officer (Dispatcher) to strengthen our control room operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor incoming calls, WhatsApp, radios, and CCTV from client sites.

Dispatch security guards and respond immediately to incidents.

Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.

Handle all client calls in English fluently, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Track patrols/vehicles and keep supervisors updated.

Prepare proper handover notes for the next dispatcher.

Requirements

Previous experience in control room, dispatch, or call-handling is preferred.

Fluent English communication is mandatory (written and spoken).

Strong telephone manners and ability to manage stressful situations.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Web).

Ability to work rotational shifts (day, night, weekends).

Valid CNIC.

Salary will be communicated to shortlisted candidates during the hiring process.

Office located at Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore.
