Key responsibilities:

Client management & communication:

• Serve as primary point of contact for all agency clients
• Manage client onboarding, expectations, and ongoing relationships
• Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates
• Handle client feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly

Project management:

• Oversee all YouTube projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
• Ensure quality standards are met across all services
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Implement and improve operational processes

Team leadership & coordination

• Manage remote team of video editors, script writers, and designers
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance
• Conduct team meetings and provide feedback
• Ensure consistent quality across all team outputs
• Handle team scheduling and workflow optimization

Business development

• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies beyond Upwork
• Create outreach campaigns for potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Maintain and grow our client pipeline
• Represent the agency professionally in all interactions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of operations management experience
  , preferably in digital marketing or creative agencies
• Proven experience with YouTube ecosystem
• understanding of automation, content creation, and channel growth
• Strong project management skills
  with experience managing remote teams
• Excellent English communication skills
  (written and verbal)
• Client relationship management experience
  with demonstrable results
• Business development and outreach experience
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, , etc.)
• Experience with CRM systems and client communication platforms

Preferred qualification

• Previous experience in YouTube marketing or content creation industry
• Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Experience scaling service-based businesses
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics
• Background in managing creative teams (editors, designers, writers)
