What You'll Do


• Run & optimize ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)


• Scale influencer-driven campaigns for clothing brands


• Build & manage performance dashboards


• Improve ROAS, lower CPA, and grow monthly sales


• Collaborate with design & sales teams for conversion funnels

What We're Looking For


• 3+ years in paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google)


• Strong knowledge of funnels, targeting, and analytics


• Experience with e-commerce / D2C (fashion a big plus)


• Data-driven + creative mindset


• Hustler energy — hungry to scale brands fast
