Shark innovation Labs is a BPO and back-office service provider, providing services to international clients with 140 plus employees and offices in karachi, Lahore and Faisalabad. We are looking to hire
performance and benefits specialist
for our
Faisalabad office.

·      Prepare and issue onboarding documents (offer letters, bank letters, contracts)to new joiners and offboarding letters for leavers.

·      Manage Life & Medical Insurance processes including renewal, addition, deletion, and claim handling.

·      Administer employee benefits programs efficiently and in compliance with policies.

·      Plan, organize, and execute Employee Engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.

·      Maintain and update Employee Information Management Systems (HRIS/ERP).

·      Manage leave and attendance records and prepare monthly reports for Payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

·      Oversee the probation performance review process, including issuance of employment confirmation letters.

·      Support the performance management cycle, including documentation and follow-up.

·      Draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTEs), warning letters, and other disciplinary communications.

·      Assist in policy and process making.

·      Coordinate with reporting managers to obtain resignation approvals.

·      Handled exit interviews and clearance formalities to ensure smooth transitions.

·      Liaise with the Process Team for HR process improvements and ERP system upgrades.

·      Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

· to 3 years of performance Management and Rewards and benefits experience

·      Masters or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management
