PakWheels is seeking an HR Intern who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent through generating recruitment plans to extending offers. This person will work with an existing HR team to develop recruiting excellence for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Communicate with candidates at every stage of the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives, including job postings and social media content.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for sales positions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be great at multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with job boards and social media recruitment tools is a plus.
