We are looking for a motivated
HR Intern / Recruitment Intern
to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and work closely with a dynamic HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing:
Identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms. - Resume Screening:
Evaluate resumes to match qualifications with job requirements. - Interview Coordination:
Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. - Candidate Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback. - Database Management:
Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date with candidate information and recruitment activities. - Job Postings:
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms. - Reference Checks:
Conduct professional reference checks for shortlisted candidates. - Onboarding Assistance:
Support the HR team with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires complete all necessary documentation. - Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining recruitment trackers, updating reports, and filing documents.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources

Business Administration
, or a related field. - Strong interest in
recruitment
and talent acquisition. - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
. - Highly
organized
with great attention to detail. - Ability to work
independently
and collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with
