We are looking for a motivated
HR Intern / Recruitment Intern
to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and work closely with a dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing:
    Identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Resume Screening:
    Evaluate resumes to match qualifications with job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination:
    Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Candidate Communication:
    Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
  • Database Management:
    Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Job Postings:
    Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Reference Checks:
    Conduct professional reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Onboarding Assistance:
    Support the HR team with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires complete all necessary documentation.
  • Administrative Support:
    Handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining recruitment trackers, updating reports, and filing documents.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Human Resources
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Strong interest in
    recruitment
    and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills
    .
  • Highly
    organized
    with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work
    independently
    and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with
    applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
