We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support in conducting initial HR interviews (where applicable)

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation and records
  • Ensure accurate data entry in HR systems

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Support daily HR activities such as leave management, attendance tracking, and document filing
  • Help maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks as required

4. Employee Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Gather feedback from employees and help prepare related reports

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR-related reports (recruitment status, attrition, attendance, etc.)
  • Work with Excel/Google Sheets for data compilation and analysis

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
