Full job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Growth Executive with a strong background in the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem. This role involves building, engaging, and managing active communities across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook. You will be responsible for creating strategies to launch and market digital currencies, increase user adoption of our dApps and utility tokens, and drive meaningful community growth on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow, nurture, and retain a vibrant online community.
Moderate discussions, respond to queries, and maintain a positive and engaging environment.
Lead campaigns for the launch and promotion of digital currencies.
Coordinate with marketing teams to create awareness and adoption strategies for dApps and utility tokens.
Organize AMAs, contests, and interactive sessions to boost community participation.
Collect community feedback and share insights with internal teams for product improvements.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in community management within the blockchain/crypto industry.
Strong knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, dApps, and utility tokens.
Familiarity with CEX, DEX, and Web3 marketing strategies.
Experience in digital currency launches and adoption campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse communities.
Knowledge of traditional marketing techniques is a plus
