Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Community Growth Specialist
to manage, grow, and engage our
Telegram community
. The ideal candidate should have
hands-on experience in Web3 community building
, a strong understanding of blockchain culture, and proven techniques to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Astra's Telegram channel to ensure daily activity, engagement, and moderation.
  • Create and execute
    Web3-native growth strategies
    (airdrops, quests, referral programs, AMAs, KOL collabs, etc.).
  • Engage with members proactively, answer questions, and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
  • Work with marketing to
    align campaigns
    and push product updates, news, and events.
  • Track community metrics (member growth, engagement rate, retention) and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers, DAOs, and Web3 projects for cross-community growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience
    growing Telegram communities for Web3/crypto projects.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, and Web3 culture.
  • Familiarity with growth tools (Zealy, Guild, Crew3, etc.) and community bots (Mee6, Collab.Land, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Self-driven and able to deliver results without constant supervision.

Preferred:

  • Experience running multi-platform communities (Discord, X/Twitter).
  • Connections in the Web3 influencer & project ecosystem.
