The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all the calls and emails of the Clients, generate quotations, invoices etc.
  • Listening to the customers' needs to understand their needs to aid in sales generation if required.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize any delays in sales process when required.
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client data on Bitrix24, and developing an active, repeat customer base.
  • Follow-up on outstanding payments for assigned clients.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for sales team on leads as assigned.
  • Coordinating with sales and supply chain teams internally as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years' experience in similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting up appointments.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
