About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and support roles.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and conduct onboarding sessions.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communication programs.
- Performance Management
- Assist in goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance review processes.
- Work with managers to identify training and development needs.
- HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
- Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Manage exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
- Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support audits and documentation requirements.
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in [industry — e.g., IT, manufacturing, services].
- Solid understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month
