About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and support roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and conduct onboarding sessions.
  • Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communication programs.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance review processes.
  • Work with managers to identify training and development needs.
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Manage exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
  • Policy & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support audits and documentation requirements.
  • Learning & Development
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in [industry — e.g., IT, manufacturing, services].
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month
