We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Professional to support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in core HR functions and strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update employee records in Excel and personnel files

· Monitor and manage attendance and leave records

· Process clearance and documentation for outgoing employees

· Assist in recruitment by scheduling and coordinating interviews

· Support onboarding, confirmations, and contract renewals

· Handle general day-to-day HR operations and documentation

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic HR systems

· Good understanding of HR policies and labor laws

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
