Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose

By carrying out business operations in close collaboration & coordination with all 3rd Parties, GSK CTC team, and other areas concerned to provide better services to our customers.  Support delivery of Commercial targets through effective WD / CSL processes.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Pharm. D.

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics and distribution & SAP.

• Excellent Communication, Team & Stakeholder management Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Operates an effective and efficient competitive Supply Chain distribution Setup for the distribution of GSK Rx products (15° to 30° and for 2° to 8°) to all its customers.

• Close Coordination with 3rd parties in warehousing, logistics, physical dispatch of stocks against released orders as per daily schedule & with timely availability of products & Cost effectiveness.

• Meeting OTIF KPIs' by ensuring on time 100% flow of goods and materials from 3rd Party Logistics in alignment with the commercial strategy by avoiding any delay in the transportation process and distribution.

• Managing upcountry stock transfer as per Fc, DFC & sales target from DC & site. Also managing Institutional & customer dispatches/supplies through 3rd Party Logistics against Verified orders, stocks availability, Stamping / Re-packing activity, documentations in coordination with the institutional & trade CTC team and respective distributors for the consolidation and development of the business.

• Arrange direct supplies in case of MSD / tender business / PDF in the presence of GSK representative.

• Maintain complete record of all dispatches to customers & upcountry (invoices, delivery Challan & temperature records) as per policy for ready reference against quality / sales audit trails.

• External Audits requirements queries & arranging documentations for Intellectual Property & IBR Audits.

• Weekly W&D meetings for maintaining of required inventory levels in line with the Monthly demand.

• Weekly & Monthly W&D Performance meetings with Dashboard & Performance implementation as per KPIs.

• Develop and lead station staff by having formal Monthly Check-Ins and Mess up Meetings, training, motivation, and guidance thus, capable of delivering results for Continuous Improvement & growth.

• All Documentation Handling & record keeping. Verification of all 3rd parties billing.

• Liaison and communicate with Legal/GMS sites against Local Government official / Regulatory authorities for the accomplishment of their queries & concerns.

• Responsible for incineration of stocks as per GSK SOPs by coordinating with key stake holders & maintaining record pf necessary documentation.

• Manage repacking & stamping activity as per QMS.
