Warehouse Operations Management

Lead day-to-day operations including receiving, storing, dispatching, and transferring of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Maintain optimal warehouse layout and space utilization.

Ensure timely and accurate dispatches to retail outlets and distributors. Inventory Control & Accuracy

Ensure accurate stock keeping through regular cycle counts and full physical inventories. Investigate and resolve stock variances, damages, and discrepancies.

Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. Logistics & Distribution Coordination

Coordinate with internal logistics and 3PL service providers to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor vehicle turnaround time and dispatch efficiency.

Support distribution planning for retail outlets based on sales forecasts and replenishment needs. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate documentation for all inward and outward movements.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory levels, stock ageing, dispatch performance, and warehouse KPIs. Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within the warehouse.

Implement 5S and other warehouse efficiency and cleanliness practices.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality checks, and internal audit requirements. Team Supervision & Training

Lead and supervise warehouse staff including supervisors, pickers, loaders, and forklift operators.

Conduct training for warehouse teams on safety, systems, and operational procedures. Monitor team performance and ensure a disciplined and productive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300, Rs350,000.00 per month
