Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Representative located in Lahore. The Sales Service Representative will handle client interactions, provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and ensure smooth communication. Key responsibilities include managing sales processes, presenting solutions to clients, identifying client needs, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and outcomes. The role requires consistent collaboration with the sales team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and relationship building
  • Proficiency in sales processes, negotiation techniques, and client needs analysis

  • Customer service focus with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
