We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate to support the daily operations of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will assist with product listing management, order processing, customer support, marketplace optimisation, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities Product Listings & Content

Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Daraz, eBay, WooCommerce, etc.).

Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.

Monitor listing performance and implement improvements to increase conversions.

Order & Inventory Management

Oversee order processing from placement to fulfillment.

Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to maintain accurate stock levels.

Track shipments and resolve logistics or delivery issues.

Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and platform dashboards.

Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely manner.

Maintain a positive and professional tone when dealing with customers.

Sales & Platform Optimisation

Assist in executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace events.

Monitor KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, and product performance.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics"

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Track marketplace metrics and recommend optimisation strategies.

Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (preferred but not required).

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online sales.

Skills

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Daraz, etc.).

Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
