Job Summary:
The Product Launch Associate plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of product launch campaigns, primarily focusing on conducting in-depth keyword research, tracking performance, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of Amazon tools and systems. The Product Launch Associate will also be responsible for maintaining project progress, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns within Airtable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing product launch campaigns across digital platforms, with a focus on Amazon.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings for search visibility and performance.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including key metrics like sales, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain data accuracy across platforms, ensuring up-to-date and correct product details.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and coordination of campaigns.
  • Manage tasks, timelines, and progress within Airtable for project tracking.
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying and implementing new strategies for campaign optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Amazon tools, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, and A+ Content Manager.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Proficient in Airtable or other project management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, product launch, or digital marketing is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • This is an office-based position in Lahore, where remote work is unavailable.
  • Candidates must have their own laptop/machine for this role.
  • Job timings are from 6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistani Time).
