Full-Stack Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time | $10/hr)

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Digital Marketing Manager who can both strategize and execute across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a results-driven marketer who can manage end-to-end campaigns — from planning and setup to optimization and performance reporting — to generate measurable leads and brand growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Email, etc.)
  • Create, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, remarketing, lead generation)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and lower CPL
  • Manage social media presence and implement an organic content strategy
  • Oversee website performance, SEO, and conversion tracking
  • Collaborate closely with design, development, and content teams
  • Manage marketing budgets and prepare regular performance reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Solid understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the construction, real estate, or SaaS industry is a strong advantage

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Rate: $10/hour
  • Shift: 4 hours per day

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs1, Rs2,830.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
