We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead a full digital team, manage multiple client accounts, and deliver results without excuses.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing leader who knows every part of digital marketing ,from running ad campaigns to managing a team of creatives and strategists. You will work directly with the director, oversee campaign performance, and ensure every client receives top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team across multiple client accounts.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that deliver measurable organic growth.
  • Review analytics, performance data, and prepare actionable reports.
  • Supervise content creation, including short-form videos, graphics, and ad creatives.
  • Coordinate with clients, handle feedback, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, automation, and AI tools to enhance campaign results.
  • Be flexible to work during late evenings and weekends when campaign demands arise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing management.
  • Proven success with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and conversion funnels.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Video editing and creative content skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools, etc.) is a big plus.
