We own several businesses in Dallas Texas.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, research, and sales techniques. If you are passionate about marketing and have a proven track record of success, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

  • Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, social media presence, and email campaigns

  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using various analytics tools

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to optimize marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media management, and email marketing

  • Proficiency in HTML5 and other web design tools

  • Strong research skills to gather insights on target markets and consumer behavior

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to develop effective sales strategies

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo

  • Experience with performance marketing metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for copywriting and presenting marketing materials
