Job brief:

We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conversations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client's needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with clients and performing site visits when required.

  1. Oversee the setup and maintenance of showroom displays to highlight current trends and designs. Develop and implement innovative display concepts to attract and engage clients.

  2. Continuously refresh showroom presentations with new design ideas to keep the space dynamic and appealing.

  3. Designing floor plans, sections and elevations according to the interior through site analysis and applying marble product that needs to be installed.

  4. Managing client's proposal and preparing initial presentations and basic quotations.

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience in Finishing's interior / exterior spaces (Extensions, Alterations, Renovations, space planning and new constructions)

  1. Must Strong portfolio or ideas to prove artistic skills.

  2. Expert knowledge of understanding BOQ, building products, construction details and quality standards.

  3. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Auto CAD, 3D Max, Lumion, Illustrator, Sketch up, or similar).

  4. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create.

  5. Communication and project management skills.

Qualification:

  • Bacherlors degree in Architecture with 1-2 years of experience.
