Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, bridging communication between technical teams and business units, and supporting project execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Business Analysis, including identifying, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and workflows
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate business needs, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with Business Processes and the ability to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field
  • Experience with business process modeling tools or techniques is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Experience in the financial or payments industry is preferred but not required
