Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor – Kitchen & Wardrobe is responsible for ensuring smooth on-site installation, coordination, and quality control of modular kitchens and wardrobes. This role ensures that every project is executed according to design specifications, client requirements, and company quality standards within the given timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site installation activities for kitchen and wardrobe projects.
  • Coordinate with designers, clients, and carpenters/installation teams to ensure accurate execution.
  • Verify site measurements and cross-check technical drawings before installation.
  • Manage daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
  • Ensure materials, fittings, and finishes are delivered and used as per approved designs.
  • Monitor quality of installation, ensuring precision in alignment, fittings, and finishing.
  • Handle site-level challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain site reports including daily progress, attendance, and material consumption.
  • Conduct final site inspection before client handover.
  • Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards on-site.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design preferred.
  • 3–5 years of on-site supervision experience, preferably in modular kitchen and wardrobe projects.
  • Strong knowledge of installation processes, hardware fittings, and interior finishing materials.
  • Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and understanding detailed layouts.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Valid motorcycle license (preferred for site mobility).

Preferred Candidates:

  • Experience with premium interior or modular furniture brands.
