About the Role:
COTHM is seeking a motivated professional to join its Quality Assurance & Compliance Department. This role is focused on monitoring, evaluation, and quality compliance in the education and training sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent academic and operational standards across campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled and surprise visits to campuses
- Fill standardized evaluation tools and checklists
- Collect, verify, and compile operational data from campuses
- Draft detailed evaluation and compliance reports
- Identify gaps and non-compliance issues
- Monitor corrective actions and improvement measures
- Support digital monitoring and data collection tools
- Maintain structured records and QA databases
- Assist in internal and external reporting processes
- Coordinate with campuses for visit planning and logistics
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- AD/BS in Business Administration, Education, or Social Sciences
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, monitoring, or compliance in the education or training sector.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Familiarity with data collection or QA tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently for campus visits
- High attention to detail, ethics, and professionalism
