About the Role:

COTHM is seeking a motivated professional to join its Quality Assurance & Compliance Department. This role is focused on monitoring, evaluation, and quality compliance in the education and training sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent academic and operational standards across campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled and surprise visits to campuses
  • Fill standardized evaluation tools and checklists
  • Collect, verify, and compile operational data from campuses
  • Draft detailed evaluation and compliance reports
  • Identify gaps and non-compliance issues
  • Monitor corrective actions and improvement measures
  • Support digital monitoring and data collection tools
  • Maintain structured records and QA databases
  • Assist in internal and external reporting processes
  • Coordinate with campuses for visit planning and logistics

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • AD/BS in Business Administration, Education, or Social Sciences

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, monitoring, or compliance in the education or training sector.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • Familiarity with data collection or QA tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently for campus visits
  • High attention to detail, ethics, and professionalism
