Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant

Location: Lahore

Job Type: On-Site, Permanent

Job Summary:

The M&E Assistant will support the monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance efforts across all facilities in Pakistan. The role involves regular field visits, data collection, verification, and reporting to ensure that quality standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine monitoring visits to facilities to assess compliance with established quality standards.
  • Collect and verify data from the field and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the implementation of monitoring tools and checklists.
  • Assist in identifying gaps, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain proper documentation and timely submission of monitoring reports.
  • Work closely with facility staff to promote adherence to protocols and continuous quality improvement.
  • Support evaluations, surveys, and audits as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
  • At least 2 year of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, or quality assurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Good communication and report writing skills.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
