Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in the North American markets, focusing on mid-size to enterprise client.
- Experience in Upwork and Freelancer and other bidding platforms.· Generate, qualify, and nurture B2B leads through professional outreach (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking).
- Act as a trusted consultant by assessing client needs, proposing tailored IT solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives to build brand presence and client engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring renewals, upselling opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly upselling revenue targets.
- Track customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Monitor customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvements.
Requirement:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably targeting U.S. or international markets).
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation tools.
- Understanding of the U.S. business culture and ability to work U.S. time zones.
- Self-motivated, persistent and target-driven.
- The ability to develop an account plan and to identify, sell, and close large deals with net new clients as well as within an existing client base.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in global markets.
