We are looking for a technical, detail-oriented, and analytical Senior Finance Manager to ensure accurate and compliant financial records, effective strategic planning, and strong team leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, solid financial management experience, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

This role will collaborate closely with global and cross-functional teams — including Sales, Delivery, Procurement, Recruiting, and regional counterparts across the U.S., LATAM, and Asia — to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and strategic alignment.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and local standards.
  • Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and global stakeholders.
  • Partner with Accounting and FP&A managers to mentor and develop team members, evaluate performance, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business decisions.
  • Conduct detailed financial and non-financial analyses, presenting insights and trends to executive leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to support periodic audits and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate directly with the Global Controller (based in the U.S.) for consolidated reporting and oversight.

What You Know

  • 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in cloud ERP systems (preferably Sage Intacct) and FP&A tools.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS; solid understanding of ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition).
  • Proven experience leading teams, setting goals, and driving performance.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based management teams and international stakeholders.
  • Exposure to IT professional services or technology sector is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, urgency, and a continuous improvement approach.
  • Certifications: CA, ACCA, CMA, CFI, or CPA required.
